WEEK ONE: Aim to Your Mission, Vision, Purpose
What does your business offer? What is your ideal client? Who are you reaching with your magazine? Is the magazine’s purpose to get new clients, establish authority, increase trust among existing clients and mailing lists?  

WEEK TWO: Develop Meaningful Content
Last week we asked you to consider your business and your audience, use that to help develop your content. Articles, testimonials, interviews, and frequently asked questions. Each of these pieces should be in line with the PURPOSE of your magazine. We’ll teach you how to reach out to your customers for testimonials, compile well-liked Facebook and blog posts, and develop articles focused on your industry.  

WEEK THREE: Motivate Your Audience and Create Powerful Calls to Action
At the end of each article, you must have a Call to Action.  What you want the reader to do? What response are you hoping to get out of the reader? Where will you send them? Your website? A landing page?

WEEK FOUR: Highlight Your Employees and Highlight Your Wins
Week two was all about featuring your business and the services you offer. You’ve established strong content that demonstrates to your audience that you’re an authority in your industry. Now it’s time to shine a spotlight on your amazing employees, contractors, and clients. This will help you establish more trust among your clients and demonstrate that your company is more than a great service. Interview your best employees and your biggest clients. Show your audience that you serve high-profile clients, which in turn increases your authority in the market.

WEEK FIVE: Content Week!
Creating and finalizing content and articles. Group call Q and A and check-in.

WEEK SIX: Putting It All Together
What to look for in a graphic artist, how to write an ad that brings in the kind of graphic talent you need to produce the best material. How to find a content editor. Taking it to the printer and hosting it online. How to distribute it to your clients and lists, linking it to Facebook and  Issuu.com.

BONUS:  Review first magazine and provide feedback within 60 days of the end of the program.
